Rogan has more than four decades of experience in the execution and financial control of capital projects in the mining, metals, energy and related infrastructure sectors.

He has taken the lead in major international developments, including the upgrade of a key rail line, port and bulk materials handling project, a USD900 million wet and dry mineral sands mining and deep water port development, a platinum concentrator retrofit and tailings recovery project, as well as a range of green-fields projects in the stainless steel, platinum and uranium mining arenas.
