Carlo has over 40 years’ experience in project and programme management with project delivery in rail and port infrastructure and its associated intermodal interfaces.

His experience covers the establishment and co-ordination of integrated capital programme systems and procedures for use by project managers to ensure standardisation in the management and reporting on projects; developing company strategic business plans with monitoring and evaluation of implementation for a multi discipline engineering consultancy and construction business; risk assessment and management on joint ventures, and large projects over their project life cycle.
